ARK has partnered with Securitize to place an interest in a venture fund on the Ethereum blockchain, according to CryptoSlate. The offering uses a tokenized ARKVX interest, but investors face restrictions on how quickly they may exit. Repurchases remain subject to a fund-wide quarterly cap, limiting the amount that can be bought back during each period. No secondary-market venue has been announced for the tokenized interest, leaving holders without a disclosed alternative trading option. The structure connects a traditional venture-fund interest with blockchain-based issuance while preserving constraints on liquidity. The development is relevant to Ethereum as the network hosting the tokenized asset and to ARK through its role in the fund arrangement. CryptoSlate characterized the launch as offering on-chain access without fully open exit routes.
