US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded a ninth consecutive trading day of net inflows on Tuesday, attracting $66.2 million and lifting the total inflow during the streak to roughly $3.1 billion.
According to Cointelegraph, the latest purchases also took Bitcoin ETFs’ net inflows for the year so far to approximately $1 billion, based on data from SoSoValue. The continued demand contrasts with a weaker session for some alternative-asset funds, including products tied to Ether and Zcash.
Ether funds end seven-day run
Spot Ether ETFs posted about $3 million in net outflows on Tuesday, ending a seven-session period in which they had attracted more than $851 million. Despite the latest reversal, their cumulative net inflows stood at approximately $14 billion.
The shift means that Bitcoin funds continued to record net demand while Ether products moved into the opposite direction for the day. ETF inflows and outflows are closely watched because they provide a daily indication of how much capital is entering or leaving funds that hold exposure to the underlying cryptocurrency.
Zcash funds had already shown signs of a similar reversal earlier in the week. Their six-session inflow streak ended on Monday with approximately $8 million in net outflows.
Bitcoin pauses as market sentiment softens
Bitcoin was trading at about $83,567 when the original report was published, down 0.4% over the previous 24 hours. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index from Alternative.me fell to 71 from 73 a day earlier, although it remained in the “Greed” category.
Kyle Rodda, senior financial market analyst at Capital.com, told Cointelegraph that higher crude prices were limiting the performance of non-yielding assets and had caused Bitcoin’s rally to pause. Rodda said the cryptocurrency could find it difficult to regain upward momentum while energy-price risks remained, while describing its technical picture as “quite constructive.”
Moneyiar market picture

Zcash stood at $1,413.04, rising 0.41% over 24 hours but falling 5.38% over seven days. Ethereum Classic was trading at $8.92, down 2% in 24 hours and 4.92% over the week.
The contrasting ETF flows underline a divergence within the crypto investment-product market: Bitcoin funds maintained a prolonged streak of inflows, while Ether and Zcash products recorded recent withdrawals after periods of sustained demand.
