Bybit has introduced USDT-settled perpetual contracts tracking three major foreign-exchange pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY, according to Cointelegraph. The products are available for trading around the clock, extending access beyond the conventional schedules associated with traditional currency markets. Bybit allows leverage of up to 100x on the new contracts. The instruments are settled in Tether’s USDT and are designed to track the performance of the underlying currency pairs rather than represent direct ownership of the currencies. The launch adds forex-linked perpetual products to Bybit’s trading offering and gives market participants access to the three pairs through a crypto-based derivatives venue. The announcement was published on September 8, 2026. The products cover the euro against the U.S. dollar, the British pound against the U.S. dollar and the U.S. dollar against the Japanese yen.
