Sazmining Launches Wild Sats Club With Lower Mining Fees for Larger Fleets

Sazmining has introduced the Wild Sats Club, a loyalty program that lowers Bitcoin mining management fees as customers expand their hashrate. Discounts begin at 1.0 PH and reach 6% at 5.0 PH, applying across qualifying customers’ full Sazmining fleets.

Sazmining has launched the Wild Sats Club, a four-tier loyalty program that reduces the management fees paid by customers as the amount of computing power they operate through the Bitcoin Mining as a Service company increases. The program is available to both existing and new customers, and applies the earned discount to a customer’s entire Sazmining fleet rather than only to machines purchased after joining.

The company, founded in 2020 and led by Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Kent Halliburton, announced the program on October 1, according to Bitcoin Magazine. Sazmining provides mining services in which customers purchase or operate mining hardware while the company manages the related mining operation for a fee.

How the Wild Sats Club works

The program measures customer capacity in petahash, or PH, a unit used to describe the computing power committed to Bitcoin mining. Under the first phase of the scheme, the management-fee reduction increases as a customer’s hashrate under Sazmining’s management grows:

  • At 1.0 PH, the discount is 1%.
  • At 2.5 PH, the discount rises to 3%.
  • At 5.0 PH, the discount reaches 6%.

Sazmining says the applicable tier is recalculated each month. Once a customer qualifies, the lower management fee applies across the customer’s full fleet with the company, including hardware already purchased, rather than being limited to newly added machines.

Customers must activate the benefit through a qualifying purchase from Sazmining. The stated activation thresholds are 0.25 PH for the Bronze tier, 0.50 PH for Silver and 1.0 PH for Gold. The required hashrate can be reached through one order or through multiple orders placed within a 30-day period. New, pre-owned and refurbished rigs purchased from Sazmining may qualify, subject to the program’s terms.

The source material describes the program as having four tiers, while the published activation thresholds identify Bronze, Silver and Gold and the first-phase fee reductions begin at 1.0 PH. Sazmining directs customers to its Wild Sats Club terms for the complete conditions.

Founding-member period and customer benefits

Customers making a qualifying purchase during the founding-member window, which runs from September 1 through December 31, 2026, can activate at their full earned tier. The lower fee begins with the first monthly recalculation after the new hardware has been energized.

At launch, every benefit is delivered as a reduction in management fees. The program does not provide cash or a transferable benefit. Sazmining also says the club is designed to expand as customers increase their hashrate with the company, with additional member benefits to be announced when they become available.

Halliburton said the company created the program to distinguish between customers operating substantially different amounts of mining capacity. He described the aim as building longer-term customer relationships rather than relying on individual hardware transactions. According to Halliburton, Sazmining intends to advise customers on how fleet expansion may fit their objectives and expects the offering to attract family offices seeking Bitcoin exposure alongside equipment depreciation benefits, real-estate investors considering diversification and customers adding mining rigs gradually.

The company has not stated in the supplied material how long the initial discount schedule will remain unchanged or what additional benefits may be introduced. Full terms are available through Sazmining’s Wild Sats Club program page, and the company is also offering consultations with its Bitcoin Strategy Advisors.
