Layer-2 and decentralized-finance tokens led a broad cryptocurrency market advance, with Starknet and Arbitrum each gaining more than 17%, according to CoinDesk. The move came as the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield slipped back below 5%, easing some of the market’s concerns following the Federal Reserve’s rate hike. The rally extended across much of the market: 98 of the 100 assets tracked in the CoinDesk 100 were advancing. Starknet’s token, STRK, and Arbitrum’s ARB were among the strongest performers cited in the report. Other related assets in focus included Ethereum Name Service (ENS), Solayer (LAYER), Ark (ARK), Infinity Ground (AIN), Ore (ORE) and Starpower (STAR). The advance marked broad participation rather than a move limited to bitcoin or ether, with scaling and DeFi-linked tokens at the forefront of the gains.
